Parent & Staff Mental Health
At Moulsham High School, the wellbeing of our students, families and staff is extremely important to us. Sometimes additional support may be needed outside of school, particularly during evenings, weekends or holidays.
The services listed below provide free, confidential advice and support for young people, parents, carers and adults who may be experiencing emotional distress, mental health difficulties, or who simply need someone to talk to.
These organisations are available 24 hours a day or during extended hours, and trained professionals are there to listen, offer guidance and help you access further support if needed.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact 999. For urgent medical advice that is not life-threatening, you can call NHS 111 and select option 2 for mental health support.
Please remember that you are not alone and help is always available.
